Vera Sosnova started by selling Russian honey cakes out of Delhi. Now there's a patisserie in Siolim, with medovik, tiramisu, esterhazy, specialty coffee and sandwiches.

Medovik is the Russian honey cake: thin honey sponges, each one spread with cream, stacked and left to rest until they turn soft and caramel-like. Vera's has eight.
